  I always drop by this place to get a decent cup of coffee while saying hello to friends anytime i'm in metrotown. I truly believe that you can't judge a business through one visit and this place has never disappointed to say the least. Rather, a pleasant treat every time I'm in this beautiful mall for a long day of shopping. The owners/staff have been nothing shorter than true professionals and they sure know how to make an amazing cup of coffee!!! I can say with full confidence that this location might just be the best blenz coffee that i've visited and I most certainly recommend it to everyone visiting the mall.

  I find that the staff are usually rude at blendz, and this is no different. Cashier is grumpy and impolite. My drink tasted good but not for the price.

  Awfully slow service, even though they have same number of staffs, if not more, than the nearby Starbucks. My latte tastes ok though.

  Worst blenz I've ever been to. Aside from being rude, they made a watery, unpleasantly-tasting drink and then refused to provide me with a free cup of water, saying that it cost 50 cents and that I couldn't pay by card even when I agreed to pay the minuscule fee. Pathetic.
