  Anything that is pay per weight that is premade in store is a rip off.

  Inside the mall and store is quite crowded at all times. Doesn't really fit around the retail shops. Line ups to pay are long even in the quick pay lines. produce is average and very cluttered clothing and retail sections.

  Convenient location, good prices and friendly staff. However it is very crowded with long line ups during rush hours. It has more selections but occasionally restocking problems.

  I recently brought a tray of round beef today at superstore. When I opened the package to make food for my family I discovered that the meat on the top layer was fresh like brand new but at the middle of the meat it was mixed with dead old meat. Has the meat been through meat department quality control???
  
  Or is this the way superstore packs their meat to sell the old meat?

  Quite possibly one of the most incompetent pharmacies I've had to deal with. Moved from Coquitlam to Burnaby so I transferred my prescriptions from the Coquitlam branch to the Metrotown branch. They gave me an ETA of 40 minutes so I killed some time and walked around the store, grabbing odds and ends that I needed. Go back 40 minutes later and they tell me that the transfer was unsuccessful because I "already got the prescription filled". I asked them to call the Coquitlam branch and they came back and said "oh okay they're transferring it now" ??? why wasn't that done FORTY minutes ago when I originally asked it to be transferred, and was told "no problem, it should be ready in 40 minutes". So then they told me I had to wait ANOTHER 40 minutes for my prescription. Again, possibly the most incompetent pharmacy I've had to deal with. After my last refill, I will not be returning.
