  Worst a&w I've been to. One of the cashier was pretty rude about my friend paying when she was the one being too quiet and hard to understand. Food was the worst a&w I've had. Both of our teen bother buns were barely warm, dried out and a bit hard. It was not briefed, not extremely busy. Being in the food court does not warrant this kind of experience. I'll keep to the other places instead.

  Service and food aren't as good as other locations. Food can arrive lukewarm.

  Quality to price ratio isn't good. I don't minding waiting for my food but as long as it delivers great taste, I'd be pleased. Too bad A&W didn't satisfy in terms of food but it did in customer service.
