  Food is average i come here for drinks mainly but their cold drinks are inconsistent sometimes is it too sweet or when they had the frozen green tea sometimes it was way too bitter. Consistency is issue and line ups are long because customs don't decide on what they want until they get to the cashier

  Unprofessional staff, very dirty, product is not fresh. Worst Tim hortans I have ever seen and been in . Don't go here. Wouldn't reccomend to anybody. Huge line ups I don't even know why. I ordered a hot chocolate and it took them 10 min to make it because they forgot about me. Then when I was drinking it there were huge chunks of powder so gross. I asked them to make me another one nicely, and she started washing the cup I just drank out of and refilled it with hot chocolate. Like are you that cheap to not give me a fresh new cup..... Anyway I said it was alright and left didn't bother getting another hot chocolate. And they don't even put on gloves when they give donuts, holy I don't know about you but I don't want nasty ass dirty hands that have been touching who knows what on my food, no thank you!

  Awful staff. So aggressive old lady.
  I paid for my food and waited so long after all the people ( stood behind me and ordered later than me) took off with their foods.
  When I asked for my food she said I haven't ordered any food and paid for it.
  Which was not true.
  She didn't even bother to check with a cashier.
  She was tossing a food tray to me said she is giving me the food for free and have whatever she is giving me.
  She really made me a bummer in front of other customers.
  She turned her back and ignored me talking to her.
  She served a customer as a bummer.
  What kind of service is that?
  Do they ever train staffs?
  Be sure get your receipts even time you purchase anything from the time hortons.

  They are so slow, always huge line. It takes so long to pickup your order.
