  We went here for Dine-out Vancouver on a Saturday night. The food was excellent and our server was great. It was a very busy night but he was very attentive and checked on us often, as well as others and gave a great service. I would definitely go again. Also, on a clear night, the view is amazing.

  Went in to have coffee with friends visiting from San Diego. Lots of space available and they refused to seat us in the area with views. Saying that since we are having beverages only then those seats would not be available. Rude staff. Needless to say we walked out. Stay away and give your hard earned money to a restaurant that deserves it. Not these guys. Shame on Horizons.

  Brought my parents here on a snowy evening for the dine out menu. Place was warm but very dark so you cannot see the food. Also bad for photography. Steak was such a small piece that we had to ask for more meal bread. But after the second refill they stopped serving us bread. Dessert was great though.

  Excellent dining experience overall, closer to 4.5 stars than 4. The restaurant offers spectacular views from atop Burnaby mountain, but I was also impressed with the food. My New York Striploin was delicious, as was the seafood tagliatelli my girlfriend had. Service was prompt and friendly. I'd definitely come back.
