  Went to Blazing Flame for hot pot andat first they completely ignore us. (I can only assume it's because I'm with my husband who is not Chinese). The girl behind the desk looked directly at me and drank her juice. When we asked for a table for 2, I noticed they didn't have English menus. When we asked they said they don't have English menus.
  
  They are ONLY selecting to cater to Mainland Chinese customers. As a CBC who only reads English, I find that fact that the menu being only in Chinese to be inappropriate. We are in Canada!!!!
  
  I am use to mediocore service in Chinese food establishments, but this was a way other level of bad service.

  A new acquaintance suggested me to meet at this restaurant, it seems to be a middle class location with high end service. The tea pot served with candle fire with the dim sum selection decaffeinated it from from Chinese dim sum restaurant. The quality of dim sum is unexpectedly good for its Western style decorated atmosphere. It was a relax experience, great privacy for each seating and the service is above average. The middle class price is reasonable for such better than expected experience of food quality and comfort seating.

  Less dim sum options than I'm used to, but the food was excellent, but the experience was made by the tea. Loose leaf, a variety of choices, and a wonderful flavor and aroma. Some of the best I've had.
  
  The staff can speak English, but you will have a tougher time ordering, and a poorer experience if you're impatient with ESL people.

  Definitely a different dim sum experience when they gave you the tea leaves where you put into a tea container (I don't know what the proper term for it) to pour into your own tea cup.
  The Dim Sum was kind of similar and different with the spring rolls have shrimp and ginger inside of it and beef brisket stew on turnip cake (lo bak go).
  Word of warning though, only come here if you have the Top Gun Gold card else this place will get rather expensive (it's 40% off before 11am)
