  Terrible customer service. If I could give them a zero, I would. Went to order a milk tea with pearls and they ran out. I asked if I could just get my money back and she offered to give me 50% off because she already made my drink. No offence but it makes sense to check your stock if plan on offering a key ingredient in your drinks.

  Classic bubble tea flavours. Strawberry, taro and coconut along with some fresh fruit slushes. This place used to be cool back in the day. Now they're lagging behind a million of new bubble tea shops that offer lavender and other new funky flavours along side of cool toppings like grass jelly, for about same price. They should at least offer customization (less sweet, half sweet, no ice) as a few times I asked for half sweet, it was still way over-sweetened.

  Been to big orange a few times. The BBT is alright. What made this place bad was when the price they charged me was different then what was listed on their menu/board. Their rationale was "we haven't had a chance to update the board/menu yet"
